In absolute silence -to remember all the victims of sexual violence who are not being heard- over 15.000 people were marching through the streets of Antwerp on Sunday May 12th. The actual reason is the murder on a young female student last week, but it's about so much more than that: a failing system when it comes to perpetrators, way too many rapes just not being reported (mainly because people think the police won't believe or judge them), people being afraid to go out at night and so much more. One of the organisers of the silent march is Ayke Gubbels (the young woman with blonde hair on the photo), who many DAA supporters remeber from her work for DAA and her lectures in Amsterdam, Berlin and Brussels for Levi's Pride. We are very proud of her and we hope this project will not end here but also gain supporters worldwide   #enough
