New Friend of DAA: Anna Nightingale

After moving to London at the age of sixteen to pursue her career, Anna began by studying at the infamous BRIT school, where she excelled in her musical theatre, street dance, jazz and ballet classes. After showing her strong love for acting, Nightingale was awarded with a DADA scholarship to Arts Educational in Chiswick where she continued to perfect her craft. Nightingale first signed with PFD Agency in 2007, before moving on to signing with her current agent Kirk Whelan-Foran at United Agents. Nightingale landed a starring role playing the daughter of Spandau ballet front man Martin Kemp, in Irish political drama 'The Best Years' due for release in 2012. Nightingale's big screen debut 'Victim' released June 2012 in which she plays lead female Davina made official selection at Raindance Film Festival 2011. Other acting credits include the role of Princess Margaret in 'Margaret & Snowdon: Inside A Royal Marriage' for Channel 4, comedy series 'Mouth to Mouth' playing Meeshell for BBC and the highly anticipated third series of the BAFTA winning 'Misfits'. Upcoming roles include British comedy feature 'Limbo' entered into Cannes Official Short film selection producers Jen X films. Theatre credits include the London, UK and Hong Kong tour of 'Chatroom/Citizenship' with the National Theatre of Great Britain and debut showing of Noel Clarkes first play, playing lead girl Daquiri.
