We are very proud to announce Sandra Deakin, a former lifestyle host at ATV- Anwerp TV, as one of our new spokespersons and ambassadors for Designers against AIDS. DAA chose her because of her motivation, sympathy and eloquence.

Being a host at ATV for several years, she has always been interested in pop culture and has always had a deep respect and admiration for DAA. Sandra thinks it is magnificent that creativity and fashion can help to inform people about HIV/AIDS and the need for Safe Sex.

Sandra's role as a spokesperson has many different aspects. Sandra will talk about DAA while giving interviews, she will get in touch with people to introduce them to DAA and inform them about the current national and international HIV/AIDS situation. Of course Sandra will also be present at important events which are organized by DAA.
