In the run-up to World AIDS Day 2014, we recommend watching the staggering documentary ENDGAME: AIDS in Black America that discovers how AIDS has affected the African-American community in USA. It recollects the history of the epidemic through touching personal stories that reveal how HIV and AIDS spread in Black America. In the words of Jesse Brooks, AIDS activist to why still half of new HIV cases are black: "People still have this mindset that it's a [white] gay disease, but it's not. It's a sex disease. I have been positive since 1993. I could be any brother from the street. That's what the face of HIV looks like."
