Condoms are not only important in preventing diseases - they work in preventing unwanted pregnancies too. A simple fact that sometimes is forgotten. In Valencia (Spain) a woman who was about to be married celebrated her bachelorette party. In the ecstasy of the celebrations she had sex with a midget stripper -without using a condom. The problem here is that the woman became pregnant. She confessed to her husband after it became evident in a first test that the child had dwarfism. The situation is quite complicated emotionally for the husband -and embarrassing for the wife- but hopefully it ends up well for the baby. So here is another important aspect of the use of condoms: to avoid having to tell secrets... unspeakable secrets.
