DAA Teachings

Designers Against AIDS has given me a lot of insight in this field of work, but today I am going to talk about one lesson in particular. A lesson that I will remember for the rest of my life, so I guess you could call it a ‘life lesson’.

I first was made aware of it, and been informed of it during the brief summary on the fundamentals of HIV/AIDS with Ayke. Well, maybe saying first is the wrong word because growing up in a modern city, I have evidently come across it before, but I guess never really understood why it was oh so such a big deal. Ever since that summary, I get reminded of the ‘life lesson’ just walking around this unorthodox mysterious home, that I never fail to admire. Whether it is trying to look for the restroom, passing by so many posters, or just scaring away the cats, and as a result passing by the stock room.

Are you curious to know what ‘life lesson’ I have learnt here at Designers Against AIDS? Are you prepared for true words of wisdom? Never ever ever be a dumbass and have sex without using a condom - ever.
