Today I will write about an amazing ‘Spice Girls’ dance video that has gone viral. Yanis Marshall is the man behind this idea: he's a French choreographer, teacher and dancer. He began dancing at an early age with his mother Nadia who is not only a dance teacher but also the director of a dance association. He's one of the few male dancers in France offering dance classes in high heels -both for girls and boys. You didn’t hear me wrong: both girls and boys! Although some girls have problems with walking in high heels, he is offering dance classes with really high heels. I don’t want to be sexist but oh come on we are talking about high heels. One of the most feminine things ever. “Men in high heels? That's a prosthesis. But I sympathise. Women have these giant heels. They get taller and taller. The men need help. But a man in heels is ridiculous.” says shoe designer Christian Louboutin. Isn’t it possible to disagree with him? Actually it is. When you see Yanis Marshall and his dancers, as a woman you start to think high heels don’t suit you that well at all.
