For all of you out there who don’t like using a condom, good news: researchers have found a new class of proteins that can block the HIV virus from penetrating T-cells. These proteins were found in a coral from Australia’s northern coast and they could be used in gels of lubricants. Ladies and gentlemen, it will now be possible to protect yourselves from the virus without needing to rely on a man using a condom! This still seems to be an issue for some people, or so we heard.

This protein called Cnidarins really seems to work, but now researchers have to test it for possible side effects - besides the quest that they need to find a way to produce more of it without stripping the earth of its coral, that is. So let’s keep our fingers crossed for this miracle product, shall we? Or why not just get over yourselves already and use a condom? Lots of those around!
