My Day In Deurne

It's been a month since my arrival and I can say that I have adapted to both work and life of this small town, Deurne, next to Antwerp. The days pass quickly as we live and work in the same house, it's a different way of working but very cozy. My job is to make illustrations for articles on the web, doing illustrations for different products on the website and working on various creative projects with my colleagues, for example we are fully working on various campaigns that you will see very soon.
As for life here, in the food department we eat lunch at 1 and dinner at 6, a little early for a Spaniard who is used to eating lunch at 3 and dinner at 10 or later. It becomes tricky to stay in the same place, day in, day out, so it is important for me to have hobbies or physical activities to disconnect from work and the place. I have found a small gym, here in Deurne, where every day I go to do my workout routine.
It is a curious place we have Bulgarian, Polish, Irish, French, Dutch, German and I represent Spain at the gym. Jokingly we always tell the owner that is a multicultural center.

For me even if you're away from home, it is good to keep some routine such as the gym

Like the say "NO PAIN, NO GAIN".
