Charity organization Sentebale -co-founded by prince Harry in Lesotho in 2006, after traveling around the African country and seeing the problems of children affected and/or orphaned by AIDS himself- is carrying out the campaign #FeelNoShame on World AIDS Day.

Sharing secrets, Prince Harry and several other famous figures such as Nicole Scherzinger, Gemma Arterton, Ricky Tomlinson, Joss Stone, Jools Holland, Paloma Faith and Ralph Little aim to raise awareness about the stigma and shame which still prevents many HIV sufferers worldwide from speaking out and seeking support. Today, new #feelnoshame videos are being released at intervals of half an hour.

Prince Harry said: "To show our support for the children of Lesotho and to help reduce the stigma for all those affected by HIV, we are turning this World Aids Day into a day in which no-one should feel any shame about their secrets."

"Together, we can tackle the stigma surrounding HIV and give the young people carrying it the childhood they deserve. The childhood so many of us take for granted."

Cathy Ferrier, chief executive of Sentebale, said: "Too many children are not receiving the treatment and care they so desperately need, due to the stigma attached to HIV. Today we will celebrate the sharing of secrets with #FeelNoShame, to help spread the word that eradicating the stigma surrounding HIV will help save the lives of many HIV-positive children."
