Yes she did! And Alicia Keys, Usher, Lenny Krevitz, Janelle Moane, Elijah Wood, Serena Williams (I could continue for a while…) too. These celebrities sacrificed their DIGITAL LIFE for Alicia Keys’ organization Keep a Child Alive. That meant no more Twitter or Facebook updates from any of them, unless their fans could raise 1,000,000$. They also did their LAST Tweets and Testaments where they explained this. This 2010 campaign was a great success since Keep a Child Alive was able to raise more than the original goal. Furthermore, it was also possible for everyone else to sacrifice their digital lives. Thanks to the donations of fans and friends, REAL LIVES affected by HIV/AIDS in Africa and India were saved.  Sadly enough the campaign isn't running anymore, but you can see why I loved the concept.      - Matteo
