How logical is that? This is how it took place: after our new student Matteo's arriving and welcoming yesterday night, we all went to bed without any idea how the morning would look like weatherwise. The weather forecast did promise snow, but who would have expected such a huge amount here in Belgium? At least I didn't, because as I learned in school, such weather is quite unlikely in a maritime climat close to the Gulfstream. Thankfully, school knowledge fails sometimes because the snow now is 10 cm high in the garden - finally, winter has arrived! Of course we took the chance to build a (safe) snowdick, as you can see on the picture. Do you like it?
