Readers are leaders and book clubs are making a comeback. 

On the 10th of April it’s National Youth HIV/AIDS Awareness Day (NYHAAD). 
Air/Port is the art and charity project that Beauty Without Irony launched last year in Essaouira (Morocco). 
Last Sunday December 1 was World AIDS Day and I'd like you to think about your view on HIV/AIDS and safe sex for a little while- and that of your teenage children, should you have them. 
Remember all those amazing designs of Eastpak bags we kept posting over the last few weeks? Well, today is an exciting day for us as we’re going to be attending the International Finissage of the third edition for the Eastpak Artist Studio! 
For the 2013 edition of the Artist Studio, Eastpak has planned 4 events in different European cities.
October 23 there was the launch in Athens while yesterday the one in Paris. 
Great news. The Rainbow House in Bruxelles will give free HIV-tests every last Sunday of the month. 
That’s right, Movember.
For those of you who never heard of this awesome event, I’d like to introduce you to the Mo movement and to inform you guys about what it is and what’s coming up next month.
Because this is an event of raising social awareness and any good cause is a good cause! 
As you might have noticed, here at DAA we are more and more interested in movies - and with good reason, since our last achievement at the MIKRO Festival of Belgrade with our own short movie N.I.P.P.L.E.! 
Air/Port 2013 in Essaouira is now officially over, but you can still purchase beautiful art works and/or Air/Port flags and student art works and help two youth charities in Essaouira! 
As many DAA supporters know, we have been helping the Bali Kids charity (www.balikids.org) since a few years by raising funds for them both in Bali and here in Belgium-for instance, with our Pop Up Shop in Antwerp's City Hall, we raised 526 euros that Bali Kids will spend to paint the recreation room of their new building, buy bean bags for the children to sit on and decorate it in a fun & colourful way. 
Today Katharina, a hotel management student from The Hague in the Netherlands, visited the IHAEC. 
Closing benefit event "KNITTING AGAINST AIDS" (curated by Marina Yee) in Brussels, where hand knitted scarves and other exclusive and individual hand made pieces will be auctioned to help support various HIV/AIDS charities (text below in French and Flemish only)

Plans for World AIDS Day on the 1st of December?
The ever theatrical De Roma in Borgerhout Antwerp is holding a World AIDS Day concert o
n the 1st of December from 8:30pm.

Performers include Roland,
Helmut Lotti, Roy Aernouts, Sioen,
Flip Kowlier and Amanda Strydom (South Africa) known for her songs against the apartheid system. 
On november 27 the 2011 edition of Antwerp Diner takes place at Stuurboord and it promises to be bigger & better than ever before, with master chefs from well-known restaurants creating wonderful dishes, artists giving the best of themselves and the Antwerp Diner team trying to raise as much funds as possible for three charities:
